The Pittsburgh Pipe Project Pool (P4) offers contractors bid leads, an integrated contact manager, marketing support and discounts on a wide range of materials, supplies and services.
Current Pittsburgh Pipe customers who are not already Bid Ocean customers may receive free basic access for their home state and primary work type. Expanded coverage is available for a modest fee.
The P4 system includes public as well as private projects, prime contracts and subcontracts. The Network is designed specifically to help contractors find more work at higher profit margins and is used by many leading contractors.
